UNITED GROUP procedures and directives are designed to be an integral part of the development of site-sensitive safety processes. It is our responsibilities to implement these process at the time of work. These safety procedures shall be considered as minimum Guidelines. There will be time when the requirements can and should be exceeded. Management provides employees with the authority to carry out the assigned task and holds the employees accountable for successfully completing the task safety. Employees shall be expected to perform their jobs as they were trained and according to established law, company rule, procedure, Etc. Management shall not tolerate employees who are unwilling to confirm to policies and procedures established by the company and regulations set forth by the various Governmental entities.
